Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view of Münster St Vitus, equipped with A/C and even toiletries containing Dead Sea minerals. However, there were issues with dirty sheets. The service was very helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for both business and leisure trips in Monchengladbach. The dining experience was nice in terms of variety and quality, but a bit crowded during rush hours. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The room was comfortable and clean with nice twin beds, including a small tea and coffee setup. The staff was incredibly nice, even offering us free breakfast to make up for a minor inconvenience. The location was convenient, close to the old town, and provided easy access to Monchengladbach and surrounding areas into Holland. While the dining experience was a bit disappointing for the price, the breakfast selection was decent but could have been hotter. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with a nice view of the church, good beds, and a well-equipped bathroom, making for a comfortable stay. Despite the past smoking history, the rooms are really nice and big, with all necessary amenities. The service was lacking in friendliness, especially with the absence of Sunday room cleaning, but the staff did explain directions well in English. The location is convenient, especially for public transportation and access to nearby areas including MG and Holland. The dining experience, while good, had a few shortcomings in temperature consistency and limited hot options. The hotel has great facilities that cater well to guests' needs.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be fantastic, although it was a bit too hot at first. However, the comfort and cleanliness quickly made up for it, and the generous full breakfast option was a great bonus. The service staff was a mix of very helpful and friendly interactions but also some abrupt and unhelpful moments, especially when informed of limited room cleaning service on a Sunday afternoon. The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel, being within an hour's drive of key cities like Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Roermond. Overall, the hotel's dining experience was very nice, offering a variety of options in a buffet style. The facilities seemed good, with efforts seen in maintaining cleanliness before new guests arrived. However, the endless task at hand was apparent. While these positives stood out, the negative of hot room temperature on arrival and some mixed service experiences were notable aspects.
The hotel offers clean and cosy rooms with a stocked mini-bar, though slightly dated. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The service was a highlight, with friendly and professional staff. The location is convenient for business in Moenchengladbach, but a bit away from the town center. The dining experience was good, with a range of dishes available. The facilities were well-maintained, offering various amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel seemed promising with a good location close to attractions, but it fell short in some areas. The rooms were initially disappointing but improved after a change. The service was friendly overall, but there were some lapses. The dining options were decent, and the facilities met expectations.
